In knowing this, it is important that we take control of our health by taking control of our mental health by working through the challenges that we face with an unbiased party that can be a support in your journey towards wellness.
I believe that unmanaged stress can result in negative effects in our body such as increased risk for stroke, heart attack, high blood pressure, etc. By managing our emotions we are able to help reduce the likelihood of developing medical ailments.
