 Did you know that poor mental health that is untreated can lead to poor physical health? Also according to the CDC, Mental illnesses are among the most common health conditions in the United States. Take a look at a few more stats from the CDC regarding health and mental health.

  • More than 50% will be diagnosed with a mental illness or disorder at some point in their lifetime.

  • 1 in 5 Americans will experience a mental illness in a given year.

  • 1 in 5 children, either currently or at some point during their life, have had a seriously debilitating mental illness.

In knowing this, it is important that we take control of our health by taking control of our mental health by working through the challenges that we face with an unbiased party that can be a support in your journey towards wellness.

Being a women is a wonderful thing, but it comes with added stressors and challenges not faced by those of the opposite sex. From body image to pregnancy/fertility or motherhood. Sometimes we just need someone who understands where we're coming from and that's what I'm here to do.
